Requirements

• A degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in a state-approved real estate appraisal trainee program or have a real estate appraisal state trainee license.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with specific deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare appraisals or consulting reports on commercial and investment real estate assets.
• Identify assignment requirements and gather necessary data.
• Verify and analyze data to draw written conclusions.
• Work under the review and mentoring of a Partner or Managing Partner.
