About The Position
The County of Kings Assessor/Clerk/Recorders Office is seeking a qualified and detail oriented individual to join our team as an Appraiser I/II/III. Under general supervision (Appraiser I) or direction (Appraiser II/III), you'll secure and analyze data to appraise all types of real property; including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural; or property tax purposes. This is a great opportunity to develop or advance your career in a high-impact, professional environment where accuracy and equity matter. With clear pathways for growth, you'll gain valuable experience and take on more responsibility as you progress through the Appraiser I/II/III series. This position will receive a 1% COLA increase effective 07/07/2025.
