About The Position

The Appraisal Review Processor I is responsible for processing loan officer appraisal orders by obtaining necessary information from loan officers to complete appraisals, sending out bids, engaging appraisers, and monitoring the status of appraisals. The role includes maintaining appraisal spreadsheets, rotating appraiser lists, and appraisal status reports. The processor will also maintain and upload the Appraisal Log onto the intranet and keep an approved appraiser list to monitor the status of state licenses. Additionally, the processor will assist appraisers with issues that may delay the appraisal process, support the Staff Review Appraiser in advising loan officers on appraisal-related issues, and monitor and recommend changes for the modification of the appraisal policy. Compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures is essential, and the processor will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, some college a plus.
  • Commercial appraisal experience beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and detail oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
