The position involves processing loan officer appraisal orders by obtaining necessary information from loan officers to complete appraisals, sending out bids, engaging appraisers, and monitoring the status of appraisals. The role requires maintaining appraisal spreadsheets, rotating appraiser lists, and appraisal status reports. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for maintaining and uploading the Appraisal Log onto the intranet and keeping the approved appraiser list updated to monitor the status of state licenses. The position also includes assisting appraisers with issues that may delay the appraisal process, advising loan officers on appraisal-related issues, and monitoring and recommending changes for the modification of the appraisal policy. It is crucial that all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
