Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Reliable transportation and access to MLS database.
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus

Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Schedule appraisals and communicate with clients regarding assignments.
- Property Inspections: Travel to and physically inspect the exterior and/or interior of collateral properties.
- Market Research & Analysis: Research, develop, and analyze comparable sales, rental, and cost data to determine property market value.
- Report Preparation: Write appraisal reports based on research and analyses; assist staff with online research.
- Data Management: Support fellow staff in data entry for appraisal reports.
- Training & Education: Complete assigned online and classroom appraisal courses; fulfill continuing education requirements if licensed.
- Quality Review: Assist in reviewing appraisal and evaluation reports for staff and fee appraisers if licensed.
