The Appraisal Analyst will analyze large datasets and research market trends for the purpose of appraising equipment. In conjunction, the analyst will model hypothetical liquidations as support to asset-based lenders for their loan underwriting processes. Stakeholders include banks, private equity groups, and equipment owners. The analyst will have responsibility for managing communications with these stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets and research market trends for the purpose of appraising equipment.
- Model hypothetical liquidations as support to asset-based lenders for their loan underwriting processes.
- Manage communications with stakeholders including banks, private equity groups, and equipment owners.
