Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, market values, and reconditioning costs.
• Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and appraisal tools, such as vAuto, VinSolutions, UVeye, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchasing channels.
• Required-valid driver’s license, with clean record

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers on the service drive to assess interest in selling or trading their vehicles.
• Perform accurate, real-time appraisals of vehicles using market tools.
• Present purchase offers to customers in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and used car teams to ensure smooth handoffs and transitions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appraisals, offers, and outcomes.
• Monitor wholesale market trends and adjust offers accordingly to remain competitive.
• Build trust and rapport with service customers to enhance their overall dealership experience.
