Appointment Setter Representatives/Product Specialists will use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, qualifications, and appointment setting. The role of the Appointment Setter/Product Specialist is to speak with customers via telephone or to email and listen to them to gain a better understanding of their automobile needs. They will also be setting up appointments for customers to visit the dealership. Taking care of the customer upon arrival along with the help of a current employee during training is also required.
