About The Position

ReBath is seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to manage client appointments for bathroom remodeling services. This role involves making outbound calls to confirm appointments with both new and existing clients, ensuring a positive client experience. The position offers flexible hours, primarily during evenings and weekends, and is crucial to supporting the company's growth in the home improvement sector.

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Competent computer and internet navigation skills
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Able to pass a background and drug test
• Self-starter with a positive customer-oriented attitude
• Availability Monday through Friday and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive client experience
• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis
• Follow all scripts and policies and procedures provided by ReBath
• Make outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments
