About The Position

OB1 Solar & Security partners with ADT and Vector Security for home security and Sunrun, Solerro, Allegiance Solar, and Freedom Forever for solar energy, providing comprehensive, sustainable home solutions through advanced technology and excellent service. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Solar Energy Appointment Setter in the Houston metropolitan area. This role can be either full-time or part-time, with pay ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with solar energy solutions, contributing to a sustainable future.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations.
  • Utilize provided scripts and resources to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' energy needs, current utility bills, and potential solar incentives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings.
  • Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with homeowners to enhance their experience.
