About The Position
Home Love Construction & Outdoor is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Appointment Setter to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $25 per hour, with the potential for performance bonuses. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to qualify potential clients through outbound discovery calls and schedule them for instant estimates with our Estimators. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Estimator calendars are consistently full, which is vital for the success of our operations. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls using our Discovery Script to engage with clients and assess their needs. Your goal will be to convert these calls into scheduled estimates, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting the number of instant estimates completed each week, which will help in evaluating your performance and the effectiveness of your outreach efforts. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and motivated by both individual and team success.
