HV Talent Group is partnering with a fast-growing fire and life-safety provider to hire an Appointment Setter to support their expanding sales operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment, enjoys outbound outreach, and knows how to convert conversations into scheduled appointments. This is an onsite role based in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be able to commute daily.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of appointment-setting experience
• Proven success meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Experience using a CRM platform
• Ability to handle rejection with confidence and persistence
• Strong communication skills and follow-through
• Ability to close on setting the appointment — not just gather interest
• Experience in industries such as solar, telecom, home services, canvassing, or similar high-activity roles

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
• Set qualified appointments for sales representatives
• Follow established scripts while using strategic rebuttals to overcome objections
• Track outreach activity and progress in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting KPIs
• Maintain accurate notes, pipeline updates, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment with accountability and ownership
