Position Overview Role: Part-Time On-Site Appointment Setter Location: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (behind BJ’s at UTC, Exit 213) Compensation: Hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses; W-2, paid weekly Leads: Warm leads only – no cold calling Environment: In-office, collaborative team setting

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Experience with outbound dialing, appointment setting, or call center customer service (preferred).
  • Comfortable working from a script and following compliance standards.
  • Compassionate, patient demeanor and a genuine interest in helping clients feel at ease about estate planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based applications; CRM or dialer experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and meet appointment-setting goals.

Responsibilities

  • Use an outbound dialer to contact warm leads who have already expressed interest in our estate planning services.
  • Engage prospects with compassion and patience, providing basic information and building rapport.
  • Follow a proven script to qualify interest and schedule appointments with our experienced sales representatives.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and appointments in our Windows-based systems/CRM.
  • Handle questions and objections professionally while remaining compliant with firm and industry guidelines.
