About This Role Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives Schedule availability needed: Mon-Fri: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm Saturdays: 8am -4:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm Sundays off

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year experience in call center sales preferred
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment or relevant customer-facing roles including hospitality, food and beverage, retail sales, direct marketing
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more
  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
  • Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
