About The Position

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to support our sales team by qualifying inbound leads, reactivating previous leads, and ensuring CRM data is properly maintained and up to date. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, make initial contacts through calls and emails, and help schedule discovery calls. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn while maintaining high standards of communication and CRM management.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, including inbound lead qualification and follow-up calls.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, especially for client contact.
  • Prior experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage and update lead information.
  • Strong potential for learning and adapting to new sales techniques and systems.
  • Ability to handle both inbound leads and the reactivation of dormant leads.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure they are suitable for the sales process.
  • Reactivate leads that have shown previous interest but have not scheduled a call.
  • Follow up with leads who have entered data but have not scheduled or continued through the sales process.
  • Use phone calls and emails to ensure leads schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
