What We Offer Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions Average first year income range up to $60,000 to $80,000/yr+ Growth Opportunities based upon merit and performance Medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans Paid Holidays and Paid Time-Off Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan, matched by Renuity Company wellness incentives About This Role Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives Schedule availability needed: Mon-Fri: 12pm to 9pm At least one weekend day: Sundays 10am-7pm and Saturdays 11am-8pm

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year experience in call center sales
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish preferred
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more
  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
  • Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
