About The Position

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first interaction homeowners have with our brand while generating real revenue and creating opportunities for both yourself and the company. This isn't just knocking doors or traditional canvassing; it's business development at the ground level. You're generating real revenue, building pipeline, and creating opportunity, both for the company and for yourself. Requirements

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable walking neighborhoods for several hours per day
  • Basic technology skills (tablet/scheduling tools)
  • Reliable, consistent, and accountable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start meaningful conversations
  • Identify interest in premium window and door improvement solutions
  • Set high-quality, in-home consultation appointments for the sales team
  • Track activity and results using provided tools (Tablet/iPad)
  • Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a competitive spirit
