The Role: Inside Sales / Appointment Setter Your mission is simple: connect with homeowners who already asked for information and help them take the next step. ✅ No cold calling — EVER. You’ll contact customers who have already expressed interest in our renovations.

Requirements

Customer service experience (sales background is a plus)
Strong work ethic + team-player mindset
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent phone and communication skills
Punctual, fast-moving, and detail-oriented
Comfortable on a computer (Google Workspace + Microsoft Suite is a bonus)
Able to adapt to different personality types
Must pass background check + drug screen
This is an on-site position at our Clearwater office (not remote).

Responsibilities

Call and text homeowners who requested more information
Answer questions and build excitement about their project
Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to provide custom quotes
Log notes and customer details in our CRM
Send confirmation texts and emails to lock in appointments
