Responsibilities

Contact & Follow Up: Reach out to individuals who have already requested benefit information — no cold calling.
Schedule Virtual Appointments: Set Zoom meetings for licensed representatives to review benefits with clients.
Provide Excellent Support: Answer questions, build rapport, and ensure each family feels supported and valued.
Train & Improve: Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication, organization, and time-management skills.
