Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Detail -oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience in the Communications industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment -setting targets.
