In this position as a Phone Sales Representative The harder you work, the more you earn — there is truly no cap on your earning potential. Position Overview We’re expanding our St. Petersburg call center and looking for energetic, money-motivated Appointment Setters to be the first voice homeowners hear. You’ll make outbound calls, handle inbound leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our remodeling specialists. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your results directly drive your paycheck.

Requirements

Outbound call or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred (we will train the right personality)
Fun, outgoing, and high-energy personality
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation — must be able to commute to St. Pete (33716)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems quickly

Responsibilities

Make outbound call and connect with homeowners and book quality in-home appointments.
Accurately enter customer data and notes into our CRM
Confirm, reschedule, and manage the daily appointment calendar
Hit or exceed daily call volume and appointment-setting goals
Deliver a fun, confident, and professional experience that reflects Sunbelt’s reputation
