  • Contact members who have requested information and arrange convenient appointment times.
  • Conduct short phone or Zoom calls to confirm interest and explain next steps.
  • Coordinate with licensed professionals who will review members’ coverage options.
  • Keep accurate notes, updates, and schedules organized within the company’s digital system.
  • Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction remains high.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture where everyone works toward shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.
  • Confidence using basic technology such as Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms.
  • Strong organization, reliability, and time-management skills.
  • A self-driven and disciplined work ethic with the ability to thrive independently from home.
  • A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
