Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others

Responsibilities

• Meet with union members virtually or in person to review their benefit requests
• Educate members on available programs in a clear and approachable way
• Recommend coverage options that best suit each family’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with members for ongoing support
• Develop professionally through training, mentorship, and advancement programs
