  • Previous experience in an outbound call center is highly desired.
  • At least 2 years of experience in setting appointments with consumers.
  • Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and creating email communication.
  • Ability to use virtual calling platforms (Facetime, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Energetic, outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience using a CRM, with Salesforce experience being highly desired.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
