About The Position

We are actively seeking a dedicated & enthusiastic person to join our team. This is a PT position with the potential to develop into a FT, Sales Lead Team Leader. High Commission & Bonus Structure. The position will be remote. The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible of the lead generation and nurture daily sales, lead campaigns utilizing a newly developed integrated strategy within our company. A competitive – assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively independently in a high -pressure & high risk sales environment is a MUST. This position plays a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices & procedures to make the lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful. Additionally, the person will play a key role in contacting our book of business and establishing relationships with C -Level Professionals (CEO's, GM, VP's CE, Engineers, Architects & HR Corporate) to introduce our services, log entries, information into our Sales software & set -up appointments for outside Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully
  • Must be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment and follow up as needed.
  • Ability to multi -task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  • Must have a strong inner drive and self -discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint are Required.
  • Must have experience with software solutions utilizing ROI and other value added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with long sales process.
