Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable with basic computer skills and virtual platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Able to manage your own time and stay consistent
• Must pass a standard background check

Responsibilities

• Connect with union members virtually or in person to review their benefit requests
• Simplify coverage options so families clearly understand their choices
• Recommend personalized programs tailored to each household
• Keep accurate records, follow up with members, and provide ongoing service
• Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
• Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment
