The team is lean, results-focused, and values reliability, professionalism, and process adherence. The client needs a dependable, process-driven SDR to run compliant prospecting and appointment setting using their cannabis-specific database and outreach tools. This role exists to generate qualified meetings for the sales team, maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot, and free up internal bandwidth—especially for the sales director—by taking ownership of prospect list building, outreach, and scheduling. The goal is a reliable, scalable alternative to past vendors who failed to follow the client’s processes and tools.
