Requirements

• Ability to work independently, representing the brand inside partner retail locations.
• Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will work in place of experience.
• Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.
• Speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
• Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up.
