About The Position

The Appointment Setter at Grow Pro Agency plays a crucial role in driving the agency's success by setting qualified appointments for clients using inbound leads generated through marketing efforts. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-call volume environment and are passionate about digital marketing and client relationship management. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Products (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Apple Products (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
• Comfortable making 100+ phone calls per day.
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound call environments (call center experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent time management and personal accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM management or relevant software.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments on behalf of clients and the agency using inbound leads.
• Utilize a personalized onboarding experience to ensure qualified appointments are set.
• Support clients' lead generation efforts to enhance their return on investment (ROI).
• Communicate effectively with clients to build relationships and retain them.
