Appointment Setter/Contact Verification Specialist

We operate at the intersection of technology, investigations, and structured engagement, helping protect intellectual property through precise, data-driven processes. We are a fully remote, execution-focused team that values accountability, consistency, and performance. We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter and Contact Verification Specialist to support our Case Investigation and Engagement teams. This role is focused on high volume outbound calling to verify and confirm contact information before outreach campaigns begin. You will spend your full eight-hour workday making calls and ensuring our data is accurate, clean, and ready for the next stage of investigation and engagement. This is a full-time contractor position beginning with a 3-month trial period to evaluate performance and team integration.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in call center, appointment setting, outbound sales or similar high volume phone roles
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on outbound calls
- Strong phone presence with clear, professional communication
- Detail oriented and process driven mindset
- Reliable, consistent and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Make high volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight hour shift
- Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies per week
- Update and maintain accurate records inside internal systems and CRM platforms
- Follow structured scripts and verification workflows
- Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team
- Maintain speed accuracy and consistency in repetitive task execution
