Now Hiring: Appointment Scheduler, Bilingual in Spanish (required)! We are a busy luxury automotive service department seeking an outgoing and customer focused, call center representative! This is a fast paced position, primarily answering telephones and scheduling service appointments. Our Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:30, Saturday from 8:00-4:30 and closed on Sundays. The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
  • Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
  • Dealership knowledge, preferred
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
  • Ability to type efficiently.
  • Basic & phone computer skills.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)!
