Requirements

  • Automotive Service BDC is required
  • Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
  • Outstanding follow-up skills
  • Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
  • Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
