About The Position

R+L Carriers has immediate need for an Appointment Clerk to work in our New Orleans, LA Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, scheduling delivery appointments, and assisting customers with pickups. Other duties may apply as requested by management

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Dependable and well organized
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
