About The Position
R+L Carriers has immediate need for an Appointment Clerk to work in our San Antonio, TX Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, scheduling delivery appointments, and assisting customers with pickups. Other duties may apply as requested by management
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
