About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous experience and strong attention to detail. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting clients, answering phones, building relationships and setting appointments. We are looking for someone that has people skills and warm and likable personality.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Work closely and effectively with clients and supervisors
  • Shuttle driver/parking vehicles/bank run and post office
  • Coordinates with parts and advisors to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Process all paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria
  • Stays abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
  • Establish and build positive relationships with clients
  • Review every repair clients service needs and contact them with reminders and set appointments
  • Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding calls and concerns
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers
