About The Position

As an Application Specialist in the field of medical products focusing on Magnetic Resonance, you will be part of the Precision Diagnosis Imaging team. Your role involves conducting professional training sessions to convince customers of our medical products, primarily through on-site and remote training sessions. You will also support sales activities at congresses and symposia, creating training concepts and materials to ensure optimal use of our innovative products.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Technologist for Radiology (MTR) with several years of professional experience, preferably in a leading role or as a specialist MTR.
  • Possess medical-technical and clinical knowledge.
  • Extensive MR experience in clinical routine.
  • Experience and enjoyment in conducting training sessions.
  • Strong communication skills and good moderation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide (ideally residing in Southern Germany).
  • Good English skills and fluent German in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for users on high-end medical technology systems (Magnetic Resonance) according to medical device regulations.
  • Develop individual training concepts and create additional training materials to ensure optimal use of our innovative products.
  • Create examination protocols and workflows in close collaboration with customers.
  • Provide competent advice to customers regarding further training offers and products.
  • Support sales activities through product presentations at congresses, symposia, and during the pre-sales phase.
  • Assist customers using a remote application.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit and support testing of new products.
