Requirements

3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
6+ years of applied research experience
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of industry or academic research experience
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application
Strong understanding of robotic manipulation, motion planning, control theory, and robotics.
Experience hiring and growing top talent
Experience leading and delivering complex interdisciplinary projects from concept to production
