About The Position

You’ll gain experience in cutting-edge clinical diagnostics and learn how research translates into real-world healthcare solutions.

Requirements

Undergraduate students in MCDB, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry , or related fields.
Coursework: Biology, genetics, or similar.
Skills: Familiarity with Excel and Word, strong desire to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous lab experience and comfort with math are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Learn to operate and assess MALDI mass spectrometry and/or cfTNA-based assays using human specimens.
Explore cancer biology (hematological and solid tumors) and understand assay development for clinical diagnostics.
Assist with lab workflows and ancillary duties.
Analyze and synthesize experimental data, troubleshoot results, and maintain a detailed lab notebook.
Present your findings to the Lab & Executive Leadership Teams at the end of the program.
Plan and execute experiments under the guidance of our Research Associates & Staff Scientists.
Keep the lab clean and functional.
Participate in team meetings and share your project updates.
