As an early member of this team, you will act as the technical bridge between our customers and our product: deploying, integrating, and optimizing CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review platform within complex customer environments. You will work side-by-side with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customers extract maximum value and performance from our technology. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and problem-solver, translating customer challenges into actionable solutions while influencing our product roadmap through direct field insights. As a hands-on engineer embedded with our most strategic customers, you’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, GTM, product, and core engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.
