  • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots from behavior across research, strategy, and operations
  • Previous experience and comfort with shaping unstructured problems, with an outcome driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills; Experience working in a multi-lingual or global product environment
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Miro)
  • Passionate about improving health and healthcare transformation, creating great customer experiences, and solving problems
  • Organized, detailed, goal-driven, achievement oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to quickly identify win-win opportunities, understand needs and priorities of different stakeholders, manage expectations, deescalate challenging dynamics with a view of short and long-term aims
  • Highly collaborative with an approach and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders towards a shared goal.
  • Experience working in multi-lingual or global product environments
  • Able to function independently while coordinating closely with the larger team
  • Thrives in a highly dynamic and changing work environment, and are able to balance the strategic and tactical

Responsibilities

  • Framework translation: conduct and stay on top of secondary research (literature reviews, competitive landscape, and expert synthesis); develop and adapt behavioral science frameworks (e.g., COM-B) into clear, usable tools for product, UX, and content teams
  • Rapid experimentation: collaborate with partners to test behavioral interventions through A/B tests, pilots, or quick experiments - with a focus on feasibility and learning
  • Framing and copy support: apply behavioral tactics to copywriting - refining messaging, CTAs, or tone to better align with user motivations and cultural context.
  • Intervention design: work backward from desired user outcomes or business goals to identify high-leverage behavioral tactics; recommend behaviorally-informed changes to product flows, content, or notifications across markets and various health use-cases
  • Education and Influence: help socialize behavioral concepts internally through visuals, write-ups, or brief presentations to build understanding and buy-in
  • Cross-functional communication: Distill complex ideas into formats that resonate across teams (product, design, research, leadership)
