As an Analyst on our AI Hub team, you will play a hands-on role in designing and delivering practical AI solutions that solve real business problems and establish repeatable patterns for enterprise scale. Job Overview This role focuses on building and delivering high‑value AI‑enabled applications and agentic workflows using AI Hub capabilities. You will work across experimentation and production, helping turn priority use cases into secure, supportable solutions while feeding learnings back into platform and enablement teams to accelerate adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience building software applications and services in production environments. Python preferred
  • 7–12 years of experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and data services
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with AI/LLM application development, including prompt engineering, retrieval, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Ability to move from loosely defined ideas to implemented, working solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI‑enabled applications, copilots, assistants, and workflow automation solutions on top of the AI Hub platform
  • Integrate enterprise data, business services, and tools into governed, compliant AI experiences
  • Implement orchestration logic, tool‑calling flows, prompt chains, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns where appropriate
  • Partner closely with business, product, risk, and platform teams to shape use cases into production‑ready solutions
  • Identify reusable components, patterns, and lessons learned to inform platform evolution and enablement efforts
  • Help define and meet non‑functional requirements related to accuracy, explainability, security, cost, latency, and supportability
  • Participate in pilots, experiments, and production releases for AI‑enabled solutions
