About The Position

We're looking for an AI Developer Advocate to join our team and help bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and making it work in real-world scenarios. You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, creating content and building relationships that showcase how PromptQL empowers developers to work with AI more effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, AI/ML concepts, particularly in areas of AI application development & RAG
• Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of blog posts or tutorials
• Experience speaking at technical conferences or meetups
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Track record of building and maintaining relationships with technical communities
• Excellent organization skills to manage meetups, hackathons and speaking opportunities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with building AI agents or assistants
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding technologies
• Previous developer relations or developer advocacy experience
• Active presence in AI/ML developer communities
• Experience creating technical video content

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive tutorials and documentation showcasing PromptQL's capabilities in modern AI applications
• Create demos highlighting PromptQL's differentiation from traditional RAG approaches
• Build and maintain sample applications that demonstrate best practices
• Author technical blog posts about AI/ML trends and PromptQL implementations
• Represent the company at relevant meetups, hackathons and conferences as a participant / speaker
• Engage with AI engineers and research labs to demonstrate PromptQL's capabilities with business data
• Manage and grow our developer community through active participation on platforms like GitHub, Discord, and Twitter
• Foster meaningful relationships within the AI/ML developer community
• Gather and communicate community feedback to improve product development
• Stay current with advances from major AI labs and integrate new developments into PromptQL examples
• Build and showcase benchmarks and examples of PromptQL's business data access capabilities in contrast to traditional AI workflows
• Contribute to product strategy based on developer feedback and industry trends
• Help shape the developer experience through constructive feedback on documentation and onboarding
