About The Position

Intapp’s Applied AI Architects (AAA) operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise delivery—you will lead end-to-end deployments of frontier AI models and agentic workflows, embedding directly with customer teams to solve complex, real-world problems that extend beyond out-of-the-box product capabilities. AAAs are critical to both AI roadmap acceleration and enterprise adoption, directly influencing revenue expansion, customer retention, and product evolution through real-world feedback loops. Success in this role is defined by: Production adoption of AI solutions Measurable workflow and business impact Insights that shape product and model roadmaps You will work cross-functionally with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams while operating as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end AI deployments from discovery and technical scoping through system design, build, and production rollout Embed with customer engineering and business teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and drive adoption Support in delivering complex integrations across data platforms, APIs, and AI models Balance trade-offs across scope, speed, and quality, adjusting execution to protect delivery timelines and outcomes Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions Codify successful patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and frameworks to improve scalability Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Research teams based on real-world usage and model performance Drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across internal and external stakeholders What You Will Need Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production (including LLM-based applications), with a strong understanding of how model behavior impacts product performance and user experience Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders; able to translate technical concepts into business value and drive adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage risk across multiple deployments Combines engineering, consulting, and product thinking; strong systems and architectural judgment with an ownership mentality and ability to operate autonomously while influencing cross-functional teams Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment What you will gain at Intapp: At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. Requirements

Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production (including LLM-based applications), with a strong understanding of how model behavior impacts product performance and user experience
Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders; able to translate technical concepts into business value and drive adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes
Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage risk across multiple deployments
