About The Position
EnergyUnited is seeking an experienced Applications Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and maintain our enterprise applications. This role serves as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring systems are optimized to meet organizational needs. You’ll play a critical role in system implementation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and supporting end users across the company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and recommend effective system solutions
- Lead and support application development, implementation, and upgrades
- Manage testing, documentation, training, and process improvements
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and prioritize enhancements
- Monitor system performance, including nightly processes and special job runs
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with software licensing
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users
- Track project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders
