About The Position
The Application Support Specialist will assist the Application Support Officer with core systems and bank application software management and user support. These duties will include testing, documenting, change control, and assisting in scheduled batch routines. These duties will be performed on all core platforms (production, test and training systems). The specialist will also assist in Helpdesk ticket management on the Bank’s IT ticketing system, as well as with vendor ticketing systems.
