About The Position

Leads daily operations and maintenance for HRD applications. Oversees incident resolution, software patches, and user support to sustain system availability. Coordinates with DOI stakeholders on release schedules, change control, and issue tracking. Ensures compliance with ITIL practices and DOI service level expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in application support or operations for enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of ticketing, incident management, and configuration management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Section 508, IPv6, and DOI security.
  • ITIL Foundation or related certification preferred.
