DELMIA Hosted Solutions is looking for a motivated Delivery Engineer to join our team in Radnor, PA, in an onsite/hybrid role. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with, implement and constantly optimize revolutionary technology supporting our clients in a post-sales environment. You will contribute to overall service delivery for clients by ensuring the infrastructure and product implementation runs smoothly and evolves within their fast-moving and ever-changing landscape of needs to ensure best use of our products. You will be implementing, maintaining, and deploying customer applications as well as supporting these technical complex deployments. You will provide excellent customer support, where your planning and communication skills are equally needed as your technical skills. You will assist the team in overall day-to-day operation for the delivery team and act as support to analyze and resolve customer incidents, which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support business requirements. This role requires rotation of standby support (might involve weekend work) once a month as well as attendance to meetings during off hours twice weekly to meet with the global team.
