We are seeking two experienced Supervisors of Enterprise Applications to provide strategic and operational leadership across Epic clinical and revenue cycle environments. These leaders will oversee application analysts, drive execution discipline, and ensure operational stability while advancing optimization and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidates bring strong Epic application expertise, proven people leadership experience, and the ability to partner effectively with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, and executive stakeholders. This role requires a leader comfortable guiding teams through transformation, strengthening governance, and building structured work management practices within a healthcare setting. This is a contract to hire role - upon hire the candidate will be responsible for their own expenses to be onsite once a month. Travel to the client site will be required. 1 – Clinical Applications 1 – Revenue Cycle Applications

Requirements

  • Strong Epic application experience with the ability to oversee analysts across multiple modules
  • Proven people leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, performance management)
  • Experience managing upgrades, integrated testing, and cross-team coordination
  • Strong intake and prioritization discipline aligned with governance and portfolio management
  • Ability to balance operational support with strategic advancement
  • Experience working in complex healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience building structured work-management processes
  • Demonstrated success improving execution rigor and team accountability

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership to Epic application analysts across clinical or revenue cycle modules
  • Oversee work intake, requirements gathering, prioritization, and governance alignment
  • Drive Agile or hybrid delivery models including backlog refinement, story sizing, iteration planning, and Definition of Ready/Done standards
  • Ensure operational stability while advancing system optimization and strategic initiatives
  • Lead upgrades, integrated testing efforts, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partner with Interfaces, BI/Reporting, PMO, and Infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive delivery
  • Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
  • Establish performance standards, provide coaching and mentoring, and support professional development of analysts
  • Strengthen change management practices and execution discipline across the team
  • Support long-term roadmap planning and portfolio alignment
  • Oversight of Epic clinical modules (e.g., inpatient, ambulatory, ancillary systems)
  • Partnership with clinical operations and nursing leadership
  • Optimization of clinical workflows and patient care systems
  • Oversight of Epic revenue cycle modules (e.g., scheduling, registration, billing, claims)
  • Partnership with patient access, coding, billing, and finance leadership
  • Optimization of front-end and back-end revenue workflows
