Under the supervision of the Application Support Manager, the Application Analyst’s is part of a team responsible for the ongoing support of business applications, including cloud-based solutions, and both package and custom solutions. The Application Analyst will become a technical resource on the supported applications and will learn and understand the key technical processes. The Application Analyst works closely with other IT staff and third-party vendors, as applicable. This position also participates in coverage of the Help Desk, as necessary, including weekend coverage.
