This position is part of the Scientific Applications Support department located in either Coralville, Iowa; Boulder, Colorado; or Raleigh, North Carolina locations and will be onsite. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support biosecurity screening of custom nucleic acid sequences, ensuring full compliance with IDT’s Biosecurity policies and applicable regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to provide timely pre‑ and post‑ sales technical support, including product guidance, design consultation, and sequence optimization for a growing Synthetic Biology product portfolio. Answer Synthetic Biology-related customer inquiries received by phone, email, and chat and document all customer interactions in IDT’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Troubleshoot product use and applications by using customer provided data and information, as well as IDT sales and manufacturing databases. Support complaint triage and troubleshooting efforts, expediting issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
